6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 c Diced tomatoes
1 Onion (sliced, medium)
4 Garlic cloves
1⁄2 c Balsamic vinegar
1 T Olive oil
1 t Oregano
1 t Rosemary
1⁄2 t Thyme
Pepper
Salt
Instructions
<p>Pour olive oil on bottom of slow cooker. Add chicken breasts, salt, and pepper. Place sliced onion on top of chicken then put in all dried herbs and garlic cloves. Pour in vinegar and top with tomatoes.</p>
