Black Bean Chicken with Rice

Ingredients
3 T Chili powder
1 t Cumin
1 t Pepper
1⁄4 t Salt
4 Chicken breast
2 T Olive oil
1 cn Black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 c Corn (frozen)
1 c Salsa
Instructions

<p>In a small bowl, mix seasonings and coat chicken.&nbsp; In a skillet, heat oil over medium.&nbsp; Brown both sides of the chicken.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Add beans, corn, and salsa to skillet.&nbsp; Cook, covered, for 10 - 15 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165 when inserted into chicken.&nbsp; Remove chicken from pan and cut into slices.&nbsp; Serve with bean mixture over rice.</p>
