Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast (approximately 2-3 large chicken breasts or 2 - 12.5 oz. cans)
1 c Ranch dressing
1 c Frank's Original Red Hot
8 oz Cream cheese (do not use fat free)
2 c Sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 pn Green onions (optional)
Instructions

<p>Boil chicken breasts on the stove in a medium to large sauce pan on medium heat about 30 - 45 minutes or until cooked all the way through.</p>

<p>Shred chicken.&nbsp; Add chicken and remainder of ingredients to a Crock Pot.&nbsp; Heat on high until warm and maintain temperature on low setting.</p>

<p>This recipe can be baked in an 11&quot; x 8&quot; x 2&quot; buttered Pyrex baking dish.&nbsp; Use an oven temperature of 350&deg;.</p>

<p>Serve with Triscuits, Wheat Thins, tortilla chips, or celery.</p>
