1 Cabbage
1 1⁄2 T Olive oil
3 Garlic cloves
Instructions

<p>Preheat oven to 400F and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.</p>

<p>Pull outer leaf off cabbage, wash, core, and cut from top to bottom into 1&quot; thick slices.&nbsp; Use a pastry brush to rub olive oil both sides of the cabbage.&nbsp; Rub both sides of cabbage with the smashed garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Roast on the middle rack for 30 minutes.&nbsp; Carefully flip the cabbage steaks and roast for an additional 30 minutes.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Serve hot.</p>
