Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
4 Chicken breast
1 Shallot (chopped)
8 oz Mushrooms (sliced)
2 T Butter
2 T Olive oil
1⁄3 c Marsala wine
Instructions

<p>Flatten chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap with rolling pin or mallet.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Season breasts with pepper and garlic salt.&nbsp; Dredge in flour.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Heat olive oil and butter to medium high.&nbsp; Brown chicken on both sides and remove from pan and drain.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Add shallot and mushrooms to pan and saut&eacute; until oil is absorbed.&nbsp; Remove pan from heat, and add chicken back to pan.&nbsp; Add Marsala wine.&nbsp; Return pan to heat and simmer on low until wine is reduced by half.</p>
