Chili Rubbed Pulled Pork

3 lb Pork butt
2 T Chili powder
1 T Smoked paprika
1⁄4 t Cayenne pepper
1⁄2 t Garlic powder
1⁄2 t Onion powder
1 t Salt
Instructions

<p>Cut pork butt into 2 - 3&quot; cubes.&nbsp; Place in a large bowl.</p>

<p>Mix chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into a bowl.&nbsp; Pour spice mixture over meat to coat.</p>

<p>Place meat into slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours.&nbsp; Shred meat using two forks when done.&nbsp; This can be served over rice, in sandwiches, or alone.</p>
