1 Egg
1⁄2 c Vegetable oil
1 c Vinegar (apple cider)
2 t Salt
2 t Poultry Seasoning
1⁄4 t Pepper
Instructions
<p>In a large bowl, whisk the egg. Add oil and whisk until mixture gets thick. Whisk in the remaining ingredients. This mixture can be refrigerated and can be used to marinate up to 5 pounds of chicken.</p>

<p>To use, in a plastic bag, add chicken pieces of your choice. Pour prepared sauce and let marinate for at least 2 hours up to overnight. Grill chicken until 165 degrees F. </p>

<p>Chicken can be basted with fresh marinade as it cooks.</p>
