Cornell Chicken

Ingredients
1 Egg
1⁄2 c Vegetable oil
1 c Vinegar (apple cider)
2 t Salt
2 t Poultry Seasoning
1⁄4 t Pepper
Instructions

<p>In a large bowl, whisk the egg.&nbsp; Add oil and whisk until mixture gets thick.&nbsp; Whisk in the remaining ingredients.&nbsp; This mixture can be refrigerated and can be used to marinate up to 5 pounds of chicken.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>To use, in a plastic bag, add chicken pieces of your choice.&nbsp; Pour prepared sauce and let marinate for at least 2 hours up to overnight.&nbsp; Grill chicken until 165 degrees F.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Chicken can be basted with fresh marinade as it cooks.</p>
