Gooey Butter Cake

Ingredients
18 1⁄4 oz Yellow cake mix
3 Egg
16 T Butter
8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
1 t Vanilla
16 oz Powdered sugar
Instructions

<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees.</p>

<p>Combine cake mix (I find that Duncan Hines buttery cake mix works best) with 1 egg and 8 T of butter and mix well with an electric mixer.&nbsp; Pat mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 9&quot; x 13&quot; pan.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and add 2 eggs, vanilla, and 8 T of butter and beat until smooth.&nbsp; Add the powdered sugar and mix well.&nbsp; Spread over cake batter.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Bake for 40 - 50 minutes.&nbsp; Make sure to not over bake as the center should be a little gooey.</p>
