Ingredients
2 1⁄2 lb Hamburger
1⁄2 t Oregano
2 t Parsley
1⁄2 t Pepper
1⁄2 t Salt
1 cn Tomato paste
4 c Beef broth
5 Potatoes (diced)
4 Carrots (sliced)
3 Bell pepper (red, yellow, green, seeded and diced)
2 cn Rotel
3 clv Garlic (minced)
2 Celery stalks (diced)
1 Onion (diced)
1⁄4 t Cayenne pepper
Instructions
<p>In a Dutch oven, cook hamburger, onion, celery, and garlic until the meat is browned. Drain off excess fat.</p>

<p>Add remaining ingredients and stir. Bring mixture to a boil and then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.<br />
