1 lb Slow Cooker Chickpeas
2 clv Garlic
1 1⁄2 t Salt
5 T Lemon juice
1⁄4 c Water
1⁄3 c Tahini
1⁄3 c Olive oil
1 T Cumin
Instructions
<p>Place the chickpeas, garlic, and salt into a food processor. Process for 15 to 20 seconds. Stop, scrape down the sides of the bowl, and process for another 15 to 20 seconds. Add lemon juice and water. Process for 20 seconds. Add tahini. Process for 20 seconds. Scrape down bowl, and add olive oil while processing.</p>
