Ingredients
24 oz Pork sausage
1 Bell pepper (chopped)
1 Onion (chopped)
3 c Frozen hash browns
2 c Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 c Bisquick
2 c Milk
1⁄4 t Pepper
4 Eggs
Instructions

<p>Heat oven to 400F.&nbsp; Grease 13x9x2 baking dish.&nbsp; Cook saussage, bell pepper, and onion in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink.&nbsp; Drain.&nbsp; Stir in hash browns and 1 1/2 cups of cheese into the mix.&nbsp; Spread in baking dish.</p>

<p>Stir Bisquick, milk, pepper, and eggs until well blended.&nbsp; Pour into baking dish.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.&nbsp; Spring with remaining cheese and bake 1-2 minutes longer until cheese is melter.</p>
