Ingredients
1 t Garlic cloves (minced)
1⁄2 Onion (diced)
4 c Swanson Chicken Broth
1 Kielbasa (sliced)
2 t Butter
2 c Rice (jasmine, but any white rice will do)
1 cn Rotel
1 T Creole seasoning
Instructions

<p>Saute over medium heat garlic, onion, and butter for 5-10 minutes until onions are translucent.&nbsp; Add sausage and cook another 1-2 minutes.</p>

<p>Add remaining ingredients to pot.&nbsp; Stir briefly to distribute all ingredients.&nbsp; Cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat until rice is cooked.</p>

<p>You can experiment with this recipe by adding in 1/2lb cooked shrimp, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, and 1 bell pepper sliced into chunks.&nbsp; This recipe also works well if you have a large rice cooker that is able to fit all ingredients.&nbsp;</p>
