1⁄3 c Milk
1⁄4 c Greek yogurt
1 1⁄2 t Chia seeds
Instructions
<p>This is a versitile recipe. In a pint mason jar, combine the above ingredients and any of the options below. Shake vigorously and store in the refrigerator overnight. Most of the varieties of this recipe will last 2 to 3 days depending on the ingredients used.</p>
