Ingredients
3 lb Pork loin roast (boneless)
1 Garlic clove (minced)
2 c Water
1 pk Onion soup mix
1 t Pepper
1⁄2 t Thyme
1⁄2 t Salt
2 t Paprika
1⁄2 t Dry mustard
1⁄2 t Sage
1 t Oil
2 c Onions (about 1 large onion, sliced)
1 cn Swanson Chicken Broth
Instructions
<p>Sear pork roast on all sides and set aside.</p>

<p>Saute onions/leeks, and garlic. Add onion soup mix, water, and chicken broth. Rub roast with spice mixture. </p>

<p>Put bottom grate in pressure cooker and add roast. Bring to pressure and cook 45 minutes with the weight rocking slowly.</p>

<p>If you want vegetables, add them to the cooker when the pork is finished. Cook potatoes (cubed) and carrots for 5 minutes with the weight rocking slowly.</p>

<p>If you want to cook in the oven, cook at 350 for 1 hour (bonless) to 1 1/2 hours(bone in) until pork is 145 in a dutch oven. Vegetables can be added at start. </p>
