4 c Potatoes (peeled and chopped)
1⁄4 c Sour cream
1 1⁄2 c Heavy cream
1⁄4 c Flour
4 T Butter
1⁄2 T Pepper
1⁄2 T Salt
4 c Swanson Chicken Broth
3⁄4 c Onions (sliced)
Bacon
Instructions
<p>Add potatoes, onion, chicken broth, salt and pepper to slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.</p>

<p>In a saucepan, combine butter, flour, heavy cream, and sour cream. Whisk until thickened. When the slow cooker is done, pour in the thickened mix. Stir, cover, and cook for 30 minutes.</p>

<p>Serve with shredded cheese, bacon, and chopped scallions.</p>
