<p>Rinse beans and sort out stones. Soak overnight in 8 cups water with 1 T salt. Drain and rinse the beans.</p>

<p>In electric pressure cooker, select the browning mode, and cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and place aside. Cook the onion in the bacon drippings until tender. Scrape up the brown bits from the bottom on the pot.</p>

<p>Add the water, molasses, ketchup, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, and pepper to the onions in the pot. Stir in the soaked beans.</p>

<p>Seal pressure cooker and cook for 35 minutes on high. Wait 10 minutes after the cooking time, and quick release any remaining pressure. Discard any floating beans, and check if beans are tender. If not, cook for additional time.</p>

<p>Stir in bacon and simmer until the desired consistency.</p>

<p>Note: You can use spicy ketchup like Ketchapeno for added kick.</p>
