Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
4 Eggs
2 t Cinnamon, ground
1⁄2 t Nutmeg, ground
1⁄2 t Cloves, ground
1⁄2 t Ginger, ground
1 t Salt
1 t Baking soda
2 t Baking powder
2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
15 oz Pure pumpkin
1 c Vegetable oil
1 c Nuts (optional)
Instructions

<p>Beat eggs in mixing bowl.&nbsp; Blend in vegetable oil.&nbsp; Add pumpkin and dry ingredients.&nbsp; Mix well.</p>

<p>Lightly oil or spray a 11x16 sheet pan (or use a 9x13 pan and 8x8 pan) and pour batter into pan.&nbsp; Bake at 350&deg for 30-40 minutes.&nbsp; Test for doneness using a toothpick in center of cake - if not batter sticks when removed, then cake is done.</p>
