<p>Can be used on ribs, pork shoulder, and brisket.</p>

<p>Country Style Pork Ribs:</p>
<p>* Heat grill to 250 - 300 degrees F. Use inverted plate setter with a drip pan. Grill country style pork ribs until internal temperature is 175. Brush with BBQ sauce and let grill for 10 more minutes. Cooking time is 2 - 2.5 hours on average at 275 degrees.</p>
