Ingredients
14 oz Canned salmon (drained)
1 c Celery (chopped)
1⁄4 c Mayonnaise
2 T Capers
1⁄8 t Pepper
3⁄4 t Lemon juice
2 T Dijon mustard
3⁄4 t Dill weed
Instructions
<p>Crumble salmon into a 1 quart bowl. Remove any bones and skin.</p>

<p>In another bowl, combine celery, mayonnaise, capers, and pepper. Add the Dijon mustard or lemon juice. You can optionally add the dill weed.</p>

<p>Mix both bowls of ingredients well. Serve over a bed of lettuce.</p>
