1 lb Black beans
6 c Water
Instructions
<p>Sort and clean the beans. Place in slow cooker with water.</p>

<p>Cook on high for 4 - 6 hours. Once beans are tender, drain off water in colander and rinse. Divide into 3 portions. 1 portion is equivalent to a can of store-bought beans.</p>
