Slow Cooker Breakfast Casserole

12 Eggs
1 c Milk
2 lb Hash browns (frozen)
1 lb Pork sausage (cooked)
1 Onion (chopped)
3 c Cheddar cheese
1⁄4 t Dry mustard
1⁄4 t Garlic powder
Instructions

<p>Cook pork sausage and crumble.</p>

<p>In a greased 6 quart slow cooker, layer 1/3 of potatoes, sausage, onion, and cheese in that order.&nbsp; Repeat for remaining two layers.</p>

<p>Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mustard.&nbsp; Pour over contents of slow cooker.&nbsp; Cook on low for 8-9 hours if using frozen hash browns, 7-8 if using fresh (be sure to squeeze out water from potatoes if using fresh).</p>
