2 lb Chicken breasts
1 c Salsa
1 cn Rotel
2 T Taco seasoning
1 c Onions (diced)
1⁄2 c Celery (diced)
1⁄2 c Carrots (diced)
3 T Sour cream
Instructions
<p>Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the meat and then layer the vegetables and salsa on top. Set on low and cook 6-8 hours. </p>
<p>The meat is cooked when it shreds or reaches an internal temperature of 165°. When ready to serve, break up the chicken with forks and stir in the sour cream.</p>
