Slow Cooker Tortellini

Ingredients
1 lb Ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage (casing removed)
32 oz Marinara sauce
2 cn Sliced mushrooms (4.5 oz. cans)
2 cn Italian diced tomatoes
1 lb Tortellini (refrigerated such as Buitoni brand)
2 c Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 c Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions

<p>Cook ground beef and Italian sausage in a skillet.&nbsp; Crumble and drain grease.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Combine the ground meats, marinara sauce, mushrooms (undrained), and tomatoes (undrained) in a slow cooker.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cover, and cook on LOW heat for 7 to 8 hours.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Stir in the tortellini, and sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top. Cover and cook for 15 - 30 more minutes on LOW, or until the tortellini is tender.</p>
