1⁄2 c Paprika
1⁄2 c Kosher salt
1⁄2 c Brown sugar
1⁄2 c Garlic powder
1⁄3 c Onion powder
1⁄4 c Chili powder
1 t Cumin
1⁄2 t Cayenne pepper
Instructions
<p>Blend spice rub. Rub on brisket and allow it to sit at least 30 minutes before smoking.</p>

<p>Smoke brisket 1.5 hours/lb. to 185° at 225° in smoker.</p>

<p>When the brisket reaches 185°, wrap in foil and let rest 30 minutes - 1 hour before serving.</p>
