1 lb Slow Cooker Chickpeas
2 clv Garlic
1 1⁄2 t Salt
5 T Lemon juice
1⁄4 c Water
1⁄3 c Tahini
1⁄3 c Olive oil
1 T Cumin
Instructions

<p>Place the chickpeas, garlic, and salt into a food processor.&nbsp; Process for 15 to 20 seconds.&nbsp; Stop, scrape down the sides of the bowl, and process for another 15 to 20 seconds.&nbsp; Add lemon juice and water.&nbsp; Process for 20 seconds.&nbsp; Add tahini.&nbsp; Process for 20 seconds.&nbsp; Scrape down bowl, and add olive oil while processing.</p>
