Ingredients
1 cn Black beans
1 c Frozen corn kernels
1⁄2 Onion
1 clv Garlic
1⁄4 bn Cilantro
2 c Cheese
1 pk Taco seasoning
10 Tortillas
Instructions
<p>Drain can of beans and rinse. In a bowl, mix beans and corn.</p>

<p>Chop cilantro, dice the onion, and mince the garlic. Add to bowl. Stir in taco seasoning and shredded cheese until evenly mixed.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Place half a cup of the filling on one side of each tortilla and fold over. Cook in a skillet on both sides over medium heat until brown and crispy and cheese has melted.</p>

<p>These tortillas can be served with salsa verde.</p>
