Ingredients
1 bn Kale (torn)
4 Potatoes (cubed)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 lb Italian sausage
1⁄2 t Crushed red pepper
1⁄2 lb Bacon
1 c Whipping cream
2 cn Swanson Chicken Broth
Instructions

<p>In a large pot, saute the onion and Italian sausage.&nbsp; Crumble sausage and set aside when cooked.&nbsp; Cook bacon, crumble, and set aside.&nbsp; Drain any excess fat.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>In the same pot, add chicken broth, and heat to a slow rolling boil.&nbsp; Add potatoes, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.</p>

<p>Add red pepper flakes (optional), sasuage, bacon, and onion.&nbsp; Simmer for 10 minutes.&nbsp; Add kale and whipping cream and heat through until ready to serve.</p>
