Ingredients
24 oz Pork sausage
1 Bell pepper (chopped)
1 Onion (chopped)
3 c Frozen hash browns
2 c Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 c Bisquick
2 c Milk
1⁄4 t Pepper
4 Eggs
Instructions
<p>Heat oven to 400F. Grease 13x9x2 baking dish. Cook saussage, bell pepper, and onion in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in hash browns and 1 1/2 cups of cheese into the mix. Spread in baking dish.</p>

<p>Stir Bisquick, milk, pepper, and eggs until well blended. Pour into baking dish. </p>

<p>Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Spring with remaining cheese and bake 1-2 minutes longer until cheese is melter.</p>
