2 Cucumber (sliced)
2 Zucchini (sliced)
1 Onion (sliced)
1⁄3 c Vinegar
1⁄4 c Sugar
1⁄2 T Salt
1⁄2 c Water
1 pn Crushed red pepper
Instructions
<p>Arrange cucumber, zucchini, and onion as layers in a bowl.</p>

<p>In a pot, mix remainder of ingredients and heat until boiling. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. Pour over vegetable mixture.</p>

<p>Marinate vegetables for at least 1 hour before serving.</p>
