Honey Soy Chicken

Ingredients
18 Chicken wings
10 Chicken drumsticks
8 Chicken thighs
1 T Vegetable oil
1⁄4 c Soy sauce
1⁄2 c Honey
2 T Ketchup
3 clv Garlic (minced)
Instructions

<p>Preheat oven to 400 F.&nbsp; Choose any of the chicken options listed.&nbsp; If using wings, cut off wing tips.</p>

<p>Wash and pat dry chicken and place into 9&quot; x 13&quot; glass baking dish.&nbsp; If preparing a smaller batch, use an 8&quot; x 8&quot; pan.</p>

<p>Combine ingredients and pour over chicken.&nbsp; You may need to adjust the amount of sauce depending on how much chicken you are preparing and size of pan.</p>

<p>Season chicken with salt (lightly) and pepper.&nbsp; Cook for 30 minutes, remove chicken and turn over.&nbsp; Cook for 30 minutes longer.&nbsp; Turn oven down to 375 F and turn chicken one more time.&nbsp; Cook for 15 minutes until chicken is done and sauce is to desired consistency.</p>
